Troubleshooting
Something is wrong
Smitty can misread an ambiguous message. The source itself can also be outdated or wrong. Either way, your household needs a clear way to fix the result.

Identify the detail
Open the item and identify whether the person, date, time, location, instruction, status, or relevance is wrong. You do not need to diagnose whether the mistake came from the sender, Smitty, or an older message first.
Tell Smitty the correction
Start from the item when possible and use plain language. The confirmation should repeat the committed change.
Moved the game to North Campus Gym.
Not relevant and Delete are different
Use Not relevant when the information should not have appeared for your household. Use Delete when you simply want to remove the item. Removing something should not silently invent a preference.
If the source was wrong
Correcting the Smitty item changes the household version. It does not modify the school, team, medical, or travel provider’s system. Confirm consequential corrections with the responsible source.
If the mistake keeps happening
Review the child’s school, grade, team, or activity in family settings. Contact support when the same sender or format repeatedly produces the same incorrect result.
