- Is there really a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. We won't ask for a credit card to start, and we'll email you a few days before the trial ends so it's never a surprise.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Reply STOP to any Smitty text to opt out of SMS and WhatsApp messages, and permanently delete everything by texting DELETE and confirming with DELETE CONFIRM.
- Who owns the data Smitty processes?
- You do. We don't sell your data, we don't train models on your messages, and the LLM providers we use operate under zero-retention enterprise terms. See the security page for the full commitments.
- Do you offer annual plans?
- Annual plans (about 17% off) become available shortly after public launch. Beta households are grandfathered into early pricing.
- What if Smitty gets something wrong?
- Smitty asks before adding anything to your calendar, and every action is visible in Activity on the web app — so you can correct it. We log every state transition for 90 days for debugging.
