Clarifications
A small question is better than a confident mistake
Family information is often incomplete. When the missing detail changes what Smitty should do, it asks for the smallest piece it needs.

Why Smitty asks
“Practice is moved to Thursday” may not say which team, which child, what time, or whether Thursday means this week or next. If there is more than one reasonable answer, Smitty should not quietly choose the first one.
Which child is soccer for?
Answer only what is missing
Choose an option or type a short answer. You do not need to rewrite the source. If the answer is not known yet, say that plainly. An unknown detail should remain unknown.
What happens after you answer
Smitty saves the completed result and confirms what changed. Once the open question is resolved, you should not have to keep carrying it.

When two sources disagree
A newer email may move practice while an older schedule still shows the original time. Smitty may show both details and ask you to choose. Check the originals when the consequence matters.
Reduce future questions
Add current schools, grades, teams, and activities under your family settings. Confirmed context helps Smitty make better distinctions without asking for irrelevant detail.
